I would recommend farming and doing the missions as they come and when you get enough money buy the grass field. From the cows you can get manure and milk. I love the farm you get cows and machinery and silos to store the grain and fields and a house and a place to fuel and a place to fill the sowing machines and fertilizer where you can fill and fertilize your fields.
